Hello, again Trendsists. In our last blog, we talked all about shipping regarding our Third-Party Suppliers, shipping expectancy times, and how to filter products based on shipping. This time, we want to chat about different shipping scenarios and what to expect.
Note: All orders can be tracked under 'Orders' located in the 'Store' tab on the Trendsi app.
Order Contains All On-Hand Items
This is when all items in your customer's order are on-hand at our Domestic warehouse, meaning all items have a shipping expectancy of 2-5 business days. These orders are processed right away at our domestic warehouse. Tracking information will be updated in the app once shipped.
Order Contains Only Items From Suppliers
In this incidence, all of the items your customer orders are coming from our suppliers and are listed on the app with a shipping time of 5-10 business days. You will receive an email once the items are shipped from our suppliers to our Domestic warehouse. Once received, all orders are processed and shipped through our Domestic warehouse. At this time, the tracking information will be updated in the app. This whole process is included in the 5-10 business day shipping expectancy.
Order Contains Both On Hand and Suppliers Items
This final scenario is when a customer's order contains items coming from both our suppliers and our Domestic warehouse. Your order details will display two parts in the app, separating our items and our suppliers' items.
In this situation, we immediately process and ship all items that are on-hand from our Domestic warehouse. Tracking information will be updated in the app. For all other items coming from our suppliers, you will still receive an email notification once items are shipped from our Suppliers and will be processed and shipped through our Domestic warehouse. Once these items ship, the tracking information will once again be updated in the app.
In this situation, if you wanted to process a Returns/Exchange, you will have 7 days to reach out from when the final package from this order is delivered.
